Data we process

• Account identity, email, role, and salon workspace.
• Client profiles, formulas, services, notes, and preferences entered by the salon.
• Subscription state and transaction identifiers, never card numbers.
• Text or images voluntarily submitted to AI-assisted features.

Required service providers

WorkOS provides authentication, Stripe or Apple handles applicable billing, and OpenAI may process requests explicitly sent to AI features. Operational data is hosted in Color Formula infrastructure.

Your choices

You can export client data, sign out, or delete your account from Account & Access. A salon owner must first resolve active members and any renewing Stripe subscription.
